Points are scored per kill by the combat levels on both sides and your streak; a death costs points and ends the streak. Killing the same player again inside the hour, or a brand new account, scores nothing. A week runs Monday 00:00 UTC (Sunday 5 PM PT, 4 PM in winter) to the next. The PvP world's rules.
Overall is ranked by total level, then experience, as the original was; each skill by experience. The two worlds keep separate saves, so a player has a rank on each. Experience is the number your skill tab shows.
