Yellow Hat Protection holds funds in escrow until you confirm delivery, or until the guarantee window auto-confirms.
Gold & items: delivery guarantee — full refund if not delivered. Accounts: 5–30 day recovery protection depending on tier. Services: refund if a service cannot be completed, or a reschedule credit.
To open a dispute, contact support with your order reference within the guarantee window.
